This article will walk you through the first steps of configuring notifications for your website.

1. Add new notification

2. System messages

3. Logs

4. Twilio

1. New notification

To set up notifications, navigate to the Listivo Panel in your WordPress admin dashboard and select 'Notification' to add a new notification.

Give your new notification a name, then choose the type of notification - either "e-mail", "sms (Twilio)" or both. Select the trigger you wish to set and click 'Add Notification'.

The 'User Registration' trigger will launch an editing window when someone registers, allowing you to enter all the necessary information. Set the 'Send To' field to admins and moderators, as this notification is for them.

When you choose the 'The ad will expire soon' trigger, the notification will only be sent to users whose ad is about to expire.

All triggers have corresponding fields that can be configured.

To make messages more clear and organized, you can use tags such as {userDisplayName}, {userDisplayNameWithLink}, {userFirstName}, {userLastName}, {userUrl}, {userMail}, {userPhone}, and {userCompanyInformation}.

2. System Messages - here you can configure three emails to be sent to your users:

- Confirmation Email

- Reset Password

- Change E-Mail

By utilizing tags, you can make the messages more personalized before sending each type of message.

3. Logs - we have created a logs feature to keep you updated. You can follow all notifications and check their statuses.

4. Twilio - enter your twilio account details (for notifications you need to fill only three first fields). Here you will find instructions on how to get them.
