In the user panel My Ads page, when monetization is turned on, you will find a button next to each ad that allows you to use an ad package on it. This button can be named "Promote" or "Extend," as shown in the image below. Both buttons work the same way; the only difference is that "Extend" is used when an ad is already "Featured," while "Promote" is displayed if the listing is not yet "Featured." Both texts can be changed in the Listivo Panel > Translate/Rename.
